People’s health will probably benefit the most from advances in AI. At Doctolib, we’re convinced it will open new possibilities to build the healthcare we all dream of.

AI will help health professionals to spend way less time digging for data. It will support them in delivering the best care to their patients by massively increasing the potential of their digital solutions and medical devices. It will empower patients to be healthier by better accessing and leveraging health data as well as medical knowledge. To make this a reality, we’re deploying all the capabilities required to become a European reference in AI applied to healthcare.

Our AI solutions

Our projects range from a consultation assistant, supporting health professionals in their practice for more accuracy and quality of care, to a virtual phone assistant, helping medical secretaries, to solutions coding patient data in our clinical software. We also plan to release medical assistants for health professionals, to support them in taking the best decisions, and medical assistants for patients so they can continuously better manage their health. Overall, we will gradually integrate AI into the majority of our products, to improve their efficiency.

Reinventing consultations with AI

Thanks to an AI consultation assistant taking notes in real time, structuring them into a summary and directly populating the patient health record, consultations will drastically change. We’ve created this solution using Speech-To-Text, LLMs, as well as NER and Ontology mapping, each of which presenting specific challenges.

Co-developed with health professionals and our medical committee, this assistant allows health professionals to be able to focus on patient interactions, have less mental workload, and gather patient data in the most exhaustive way – improving patient journeys.
